I-80 Exit 323 – (between Cheyenne & Laramie) WY – Rest Area With Giant Bust of Abe Lincoln

This rest area has a big monument that is topped with a bust of Abe Lincoln. Why? I-80 is also called the Lincoln Highway. Rest area is between Cheyenne & Laramie; about 10 – 11 miles east of Laramie at Exit 323.
