NOTES:
*There are 219 steps to climb inside the lighthouse.
*At certain times, such as during the summer, they extend their hours.
*You have to be at least 44 inches tall to climb the lighthouse.
*Children cannot be carried up the steps.
*If your child is too small to climb, the child can enter the museum and the base of the lighthouse for free. The adult that is going just in the base with the child (not climbing) is only charged half price.
*There are reports of paranormal experiences here (haunted). Yes, it has been visited by “TAPS” for their TV show.
*Besides general admission (self guided), they do offer a few different tour packages.
