*Video guided factory tour starts every 15 minutes, at the top of the stairs in the Gift Shop. You can view the factory from windows in a walkway.
*Trolley tours last about 35 – 40 minutes.
*Groups of 9 or more people need to make a reservation.
*You may be able to get a discount on the trolley tour if you have AAA.
